Where is the meeting point?
The meeting point will be at the Canal near Blk 79A Circuit Road Food Centre.
How early do I need to arrive at the meeting point?
Please be at your signed up session at least 15 minutes before the start of the session.
Do I need to pay for the Arts Trail?
The Arts Trail is free for the public!
Do I need to be a resident of MacPherson to attend?
No, all are welcome to attend!
What if it rains?
In case of inclement weather, please bring an umbrella or poncho. The tour will proceed, rain or shine.
What should I bring and wear?
Dress simply and wear comfortable shoes for a better experience. You may bring a water bottle as the weather may get hot.
Will there be lots of walking required?
The trail is relatively manageable as the public art locations are relatively within walking distances. Shall you require more information on the trail, feel free to contact us at lets@participateindesign.org
What language will the tour guide be speaking?
The tour will be in English. If you would like to make an arrangement for the tour to be translated into other languages, please email lets@participateindesign.org
What can I expect from the Arts Trail?
Each trail will bring you to visit 4 public art installations which is part of the Arts@MacPherson programme. Artists will do a sharing of the project, followed by an interactive activity with the public at each location curated by our artists and organisers. Come with an open mind and have fun!
What should I take note of in light of the Coronavirus situation?
We will be taking the following precautions, while closely following recommendations by MOH:
We will be placing hand sanitisers at every Art Trail station and at the registration booth.
We will send an advisory message to all those who sign up.
We will be taking the temperature of all participants during the Arts Trail. If a participant has a temperature of 38 degrees and above, he/she will not be allowed to participate in the event.
Prior to the trail, each participant will have to fill up a health declaration form in accordance to MOH guidelines.
We have send each participants a disclaimer if they are feeling unwell with symptoms such as sore throat, cough or fever they should seek medical attention immediately.
Each trail slot we will control and limit participants to 30 pax and below.
We have 2 first-aid trained officers patrolling around to attend to any medical emergencies if needed.
